Closed for the season, but now offering our “pre-buy” CSA program!

We will reopen in mid May of 2024; our season runs mid-May through mid-December.

Turkey Pre-Orders are available now through 11/12. Dairy orders can be placed throughout the holiday season, orders must be submitted on the Tuesday before Friday delivery date, or the Saturday before the Tuesday delivery date (tldr, give us a week’s notice for your dairy order). We will have wreaths available beginning the week of Thanksgiving (they make great host gifts!) and will let you know when the first load of trees arrive. Trees are all freshly cut in Springfield, VT from Christmas Trees at Bishop Farm. We will switch to our winter hours beginning Friday 11/24 (Sundays-Thursdays, 9:30-6:00, Fridays & Saturdays 9:00-7:00). We will announce our closing date in December.

Check facebook for most current information, we will update our website as time allows

Pete’s will open on Thursday, May 18th with a special first-ever “Vendor Event” on Saturday, May 20th where Pete’s will be open for business as usual but we’ve invited some of our many local producers to bring the products they grow or make, so that you can meet them directly- ask any questions you might have about their products or practices, sample new products, and purchase directly from them. We will do our best to update the list as we receive RSVPs. Raindate May 21st.

What will Pete’s have available on opening day? We won’t have much for fresh produce, but will do our best (check Facebook for most frequent updates), we will have a huge selection of fresh herbs, flowers (4 pack, 6 pack, hanging baskets, and large potted perennials!) Vegetable starts will arrive the following week (May 22-25th) These are all grown in New Hampshire (Pleasant View Gardens & Joe Britton) or Massachusetts (Harvest Farms of Whately). We will of course also have McNamara milk, Orchard Hill & Bread Shed bread, a great selection of NH grown meats, cheese from NH, VT, MA (and Narragansett Creamery in RI), homemade canned goods, fresh baked goodies, and too much else to name!

Our annual pre-buy discount program has come to an end for the 2023 season, you can still purchase gift cards (without the discount) with a check or cash to help us save credit card fees, and of course they make great gifts.

Please check our facebook page for the most frequent and detailed updates.

In 2020 we purchased 7.3 acres of beautiful farm land just north of the farm stand, it might surprise you to learn this is the first farm land the Janiszyn family has ever owned. Pete and Mike farmed this field, b.jpg
